Surly Squirrel (Will Arnett) and the team returned. Once again in Oakton, the mayor of the evil wants to slow down the Freedom Park’s freedom and build a dangerous themed park. Surly and ragtag help a group of animals together to save their house, defeat the mayor and return to the park.
